Nu-Mun Contracting is a Calgary based plumbing company formed by Doug Muncaster in 1989. We are dedicated to providing Calgary and the surrounding area with quality plumbing and heating, and excellent service. As of January of 2008, we have expanded to include a sheet metal department to further meet customer demands.
Plumbing Department
The plumbing division is a complete plumbing contractor and is able to provide residential, commercial, industrial and specialized installations.
We are able to install from engineered drawings, or do complete design built plumbing systems for any size project, complete with engineering stamps, inspections and approvals. All plumbing installations are designed to meet or exceed code, or local requirements. We work with the customer to provide the best installation within budget and schedule.
We employ only Journeymen and registered apprentices to ensure our standards are met and that the skill and knowledge of our tradesmen show in every job we do….
HVAC Department
Nu-Mun HVAC Division is a complete HVAC Contractor and can provide sheet metal installations for commercial, industrial and residential applications. We can install from engineered drawings or design a complete system from start to finish whether it is a complete forced air heating system or venting appliances or fans.
All heating systems we design are started with a detailed heat loss calculation with attention given to the requirements of each space. The branch and trunk lines of the duct work is then calculated taking into consideration velocity and volume of air as well as minimizing sound….
